Note: There and back = one rep.  Complete 5 reps for each set.

 

  1.  4 X Forward shuttle – 25ft. (single hand touch)

Notes: There and back = one rep. Complete 10 reps for each set.

Post-workout:
Accumulate:
30 GHD back extensions
– Rest as needed.
