Knees to Elbows on the Minute

James had very little voice, but we powered through none the less. Good workout everyone.


12 + 11 rx’d (knees touching elbows). very happy as this was over a full round better than last time…. i was able to do a most in a row without swinging which cuts the time in half… and saves my grip… so i failed round 13 more on not being able to pull myself up anymore.

11+8. After the 8th round my knees didn’t touch my elbows.

14rds at the buzzer, tried to roll into rep one of round 15 and barely got knees to waist height. first time kipping these and need to practice more


15 + 12

Finished round 15 and looked down at my hand torn in six places and decided to quit. 11 seconds later I figured I may as well finish up the round and grabbed the bar for another 12 reps.


16 + 11

Hands still feeling the 150 pull-ups from Friday.

Hum… very hard… could only get knees up to waist.. and couldn’t hang more than a minute!! need to keep practising 🙂

11 were not hard but something happen at the 12 th round. Forearms stopped cooperating!

10. Hands and forearms still hurting from the chin ups on Friday.
