As I learned in the Open, overhead lifts are a weak link for me – technically as well as actual strength. So I worked mederately heavy and some extra reps a little lighter..

Did this one at home, so subbed with dumbbell split jerks. Worked up to 160# (total).

Yes i am pissed at Brent and how he plays the game: ahhhh i can’t do this, i cannot do that, and then slowly he knocks it out of the park!! 215 looked easy, he had more in him! Grrrrrrr


Worked my way up 110lbs at 6am. Worked on technique/ getting under the bar quicker than weight.
