1) 2 Minutes of Jump Over a Box – 24”/20”

2) 2 Minutes of Pull-ups

3) 2 Minutes of Kettlebell (KB) Swings – 2.0/1.5 pood

KB swings broke down quickly as grip failed rapidly after P/Us

This went about as well as I thought it would. I focused on quality of movement more than volume. First round of jumps were step downs, second round was turn around on the box jump down and bound up (win for me). Strict pull-ups brought me back to TT Gymnastics, i definitely need to practice these more. Fist time in a long time swinging 2pd…I think technique is getting better…felt a lot better than the last time I swung a 2pd.

First round 40/20/30. Pull-ups were 10 butterfly then used a green band for stric pull-ups.. Second round was 42/25/32. Used the band for pull-ups.
