A1. Strict Pull Ups – AMRAP x 5 sets, rest approx. 90s

A2. Dowel Squat Snatch – 15 reps x 5 sets, rest approx. 90s

A3. Chair Dips – AMRAP x 5 sets, rest approx. 90s

A4. GHD Raises – 6-10 reps x 5 sets, rest approx. 90s

WOD:

GHD raises: 6 first round. Instant cramp in my hamstring on the second round so switched to anchored super mans. 15/14/15/15.

Scaled to 4 rounds, sliding hamstring curls instead of GHDs. No gas in the tank today. Something like this:
Pullups: 18/13/12/13
Snatch: 15s
Dips (from paralettes with feet on couch): 32/24/30/28
Hamstring curl: 12/12/11/12
Those numbers are guesses but it was something like that.
