16:50 as rxd. Round one I only did 20 wall balls. I then did 35/35/30/30. I much prefer 20s, but I guess it just wouldn’t be a Crossfit WOD if it wasnt uncomfortabley hard.

Yikes! This one was rough. Only did 6lb wallballs and only 3 rounds. I’m claiming illness. Yeah, that’s it, I was sick. π
26:30, started with 12# then moved down to 8#. My cardio needs a lot of work, always has, so this was a tough one for me.

26:10 as rx’d. the worst combination for me, quick runs and wallballs, shoulders were burning and wallballs crushed me to the point I couldnt run after
15:35 as Rx’d (1:15 faster than last time — I was much better on Wall balls this time. Did 1st two 30s unbroken). It feels like there is lots of room to improve on run because those last couple rounds I feel like a sloth. What feels like a slight inline 1st round felt like Mt Everest on the last one.
