Shared an Echo bike with Ryan, so we ended up doing a work for 1:30 and rest for 2:00 type thing to allow about 30s for transitions. So I just went with max cals in 1:30 – pretty happy with pacing consistency.
Worked on some empty bar snatch tech after a bit.
