Rick started at 65 and worked up to 125
Adelle maxed out at 70 for a one time and then dropped back to 65 to work on the form.
Bonus this a.m. with a PB of 3 pull-ups unassisted…

Got to 165 pretty easily before it was pointed out to me that my form was terrible, and spent the rest of the time trying to improve on that.
