A. As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 15 minutes of:

2 Rope Climbs
20 Wallballs

B. Dumbbell Press/Push Press/Push Jerk – 3/4/5 for 15 minutes.

Did shoulders first. 19-20 rounds. 25# Dumbbells

Started with two rounds per min then down to one round per min with 20 sec rest then 30 sec rests.

Wall balls: 20# Bwah ha ha ha! Worst wall balls ever for the first 10 or so. My shoulders didn’t function after the shoulder workout. Just stood there holding this thing in my arms. WTF. I may just have been stoned.

Rope climbs: I just wanted to figure out where I was losing tension in my technique. Got some great feedback from Derek P – thanks! Turns out I’ve developed a bad movement habit. Pulling too soon.


A: goals
To do every rope climb in 1 pull ✅
Do all wall balls unbroken ✅
Move to the next movement before I wanted to ✅

B: 30/35/40/50/55/60

A. 6 rounds + 2 rope climbs.
B. Worked up t0 40# and then did three rounds there. This complex was harder than I was expecting.
