This was a fun one, nice balance of 100 Cal erg for the big people, with a good mix of body weight movements for the not so big people. Also had a few gymnasts in the 9:30am class, which made for some good fitness racing. At the end of the day Erica H and I went to the bar for our last set of 5 muscle-ups, but I was too scared that I might fail, so I took a small pause while she jumped up and got it done, beating me by 10s!!!!!!
