just to clarify scoring from the crossfit.com faq… and hopefully not to confuse things…
What is a Tabata?
For twenty seconds do as many reps of the assigned exercise as you can – then rest 10 seconds.
Repeat this seven more times for a total of 8 intervals, 4 minutes total exercise.
The score is the least number of reps for any of the eight intervals.
that is one way to score, the other way is to count total reps. Each way is a different workout with a different strategy. In this case it says “post reps for each exercise and total reps to comments” so the “score” is the total # of reps
Push-ups (began from the toes, then the knees, then the chest wasn’t hitting floor…)85. Deadlift – 58. Skipping – 320 (w/ 1 double-under!). Jumping pu’s – 124
Total reps – 587

We both had trouble with double unders, but counted only completed DU’s – arms were like spaghetti!
We didn’t have time to write down all of the reps – had to beat rush hour traffic back downtown! 🙂
Paige’s pushups = knees down
All else as rx’d
Dale = all as rx’d
Thanks DJ and Rob!
Used 65lbs for deadlifts, single skips(can’t do DU yet), otherwise as rx’d.
