Bench Press – 3 reps – 185#/125#

Back Squat – 5 reps – 225#/155#

Used 65# for back squat

The abs were feeling pretty horrible after Sunday but the workout has loosened them up a lot. Great work everyone thanks for sharing the bench Jen

Back Squats 95lbs

10 rounds + 3 bench presses.
