A. Regional Individual Event 6 – 1 Round for time of:
30/25 Cals Assault Bike
20 Burpee Box Jump-Overs – 30”/24”
10 Sandbag Ground to Over Shoulder – 150#/100#
B. Use time remaining to play with sandbag, D-ball, tire or other odd object lifts, carries, flips, etc.

A. Assault Bike -> 30″ box -> 100#DB = 5:52
B. Flipped a couple tires…125DB over shoulder…150DB was close but a bit to the side of the shoulder…next time!

B. After some great tips from Laura I did some more over the shoulder with the 100 and a couple with the 125. Also some Front squats and thrusters with the sandbag
5:15 with 125 D Ball
Went all out on the bike, came off and tried to get over the box, planted both knees. Legs would not work at all. This continued for the next 6 burpee box jumps. Slowly got feeling in my legs back while I watched Mandi crushing the burpees and leaving me behind. D ball was miserable. Haven’t felt that crappy in a while, amazing what a five minute workout can do to you. Loved it

That first box jump after the assult bike though, my brain said jump…my legs flipped me the bird!
