A) 8:29 Rx’d. 155 was the correct weight for me, went 12/3, 11/4, 7/5/3 on the push jerks, steady jump up step down on the box
B) 10 dips every minute.

So happy to say I did 2 sets of 15 with injured feet. Had to do step overs for last round. All 24”. A real improvement for me.
