With a continuously running clock complete as many reps as possible (AMRAP) of:

4 minutes – Power Snatch – 135#/95#

3 minutes – Jump Over a Box – 24″/20″

2 minutes – Muscle Ups

1 minute – Switch Lunges

Internet cut out half-way through. Tried again about 20 minutes later. Started to lose grip about 2/3 of the way through. Went to Front Squats to finish.

The last set of deadlift got away from me at the bottom and I didn’t get my hips down enough so it turned into more of a straight leg deadlift (sorry lower back). Going out of the rack certainly changes how the weight feels.
