CROSSFIT KIDS CLASS
An other great workout on sunday for the crossfit kids on Sunday. The skill focus was the thruster. The kids named the work out DADDY BADDY in honour of Father’s Day. We broke the kids up into girls vs boys. Everybody did an amazing job with the boys completing 6 rounds and the girls competing 5 rounds.

Started with the 22lbs bar and did about 15 reps, then 27lbs, 32, 37, 42, 47, 52, 57, failed on the 3rd rep. Thanks for the help Brett!
