50-40-30-20-10 rep rounds for time of:

Dumbbell Alternating Split jerk

Sit ups

Coach’s notes:  Guys use 30lb and gals 20lb dumbbells for the jerks.  Post time to comments.

With 30 lb dumbells.
Lots of stopping during jerks. The weak link was losing my grip strength after about 10 reps.

This was a good one to do at home, so skipped class… used 20lbs, 15:31.
