Judy – blue band PU & pushups from knees – 9 rds plus 12 squats
Significantly modified and slow, steady pace:
Half KB swings (to shoulder) instead of PUs
Pushups from knees
9 rounds plus 5 KBs plus 10 pushups
13+4
1 round less than last time
Need to push the pace on the squats more

I made the mistake of looking at my hands at 17:30 and couldn’t bear the thought of getting back on the bar. I have two fairly nasty tears. The skin I cut off from one measured 12mm x 10mm (yes, I know it’s weird to have measured it but I just had to know). On the bright side it helped me get rid of a callus on my left hand. Had I not looked at my hands I would hope that I could have done 1 or 2 more rounds. The push ups killed me. The squats were my time saver.

Pushups crushed me!!
11 rounds plus 5 pull ups. Push ups were from knees due to a tweak in my hip flexor. Still somewhat tired from the weekend training and it showed tonight.
12+ 2 pu. PU’s were with the Blue band and push ups from the knees. I still felt like jello after this. Thank you so much for having the protein bars and shakes available and have a great time to all of you that are going this weekend.

Push-ups were soooooooooo frustrating!!!!! Down to double and single reps early on. Pull-ups and squats were easy; it was the darn push-ups that ate the time. Also had about 6 failed reps that wasted precious energy.
