Coach’s notes:  Work up to your maximum 1 repetition deadlift.  Rest 2-7 minutes between sets, more rest the heavier the set.  Post loads to comments.

486, So wanted over 500. Next time. Could not remember last time i did this.


310# max.. tied PR from months ago.
Twinge of pain in lower back and had to stop.
Planned on getting to 400
