My first 4:30am workout, my body was talking to me

4:30? seems like someone is preparing for next year!

Just wanted to say congrats to all who completed in the Crossfit Games. I had to pull out five days before due to injury but still realyl enjoyed being a cheerleader down at the games.

3 miles on TM

2nd day in Montreal, weather is nice, but being up all night is a little painful.

Hang Clean Squat :180 sec
failed on 140 as I was not totally committed to the lift.

200 double unders for time = 3:12

4:30 am is early, been there before just not a run. Well done with the commitment to Fitness!

– was hoping for a negative split but did 12.04.25 and then 12.11.75 coming back… I got disctracted by the beaver in the pond.
(We ran to the utility box in Cody Ranche in hopes that Kimmer’s garmin was correct 🙂 )
