first time with this workout…much harder then anticipated!! Time= 4:43…my legs were exhausted from yesterdays WOD.

Ohh, too bad I won’t make this wod (honest, there’s no hint of sarcasm here)- we’re away to Halifax this evening for three weeks. I’ll try and do a hard canoe tomorrow with my kids in the boat;).
Best of luck to team CFC, team OPT and all of the individuals heading to the games. You are all such incredible athletes -your spirits and dedication are inspirational, I know you’ll all do amazing!! We’ll be cheering for you!

My row included time for a quick facial scratch which made my graph look rather amusing. I had gas left in the tank at the end but that was my intention. One day I hope to get below 4 minutes.


Just wanted to say a quick THANK YOU to EVERYONE that supported us during our fundraising and for all the well wishes. I am so PROUD to be representing such an AMAZING community. Rest assured we will be giving everything we have for the entire weekend!!!!!
