Adelle 11:35 with 42# GHD raise was mostly assisted and did a few back extensions too

Just practice for me but much better than before gymnastics class.
A. 8:45- 52 lbs – try at least 10 lbs more next time
-GHD raises- first time doing them, had to push off at the bottom to get up all the way
A. 14:28 scaled to 125# and switched to back extensions.

8.25 @ 65lbs. 1st couple of rnds of GHD raises as rx’d and after that it was a mixture of unassisted and assisted.
