Tuesday Night Class change reminder- Adult Classes at 5pm, 6pm and 7pm.  No 8pm class starting tonight and going forward.

Adelle 11:35 with 42# GHD raise was mostly assisted and did a few back extensions too
Worked on rope climb. Rick did just arms
Just practice for me but much better than before gymnastics class.


A. 8:45- 52 lbs – try at least 10 lbs more next time
-GHD raises- first time doing them, had to push off at the bottom to get up all the way


A. 14:28 scaled to 125# and switched to back extensions.
