WOD:

A.  As Many Rounds As Possible in 9 minutes of:

50 Handstand Push-ups
100 ft. Handstand Walk
50 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
100 Double Unders

B.  Practice handstand walks, holds, etc., with anytime remaining.

TT WOD – Opens Prep:

13.1 – Proceed through the sequence below completing as many reps as possible in 17 minutes of:

40 Burpees
30 Snatch – 75#/45#
30 Burpees
30 Snatch – 135#/75#
20 Burpees
30 Snatch – 165#/100#
10 Burpees
AMRAP Snatch – 210#/120#

Post rounds and reps complete for daily WOD and reps complete for TT WOD to comments.

I Cut all movements in half. Completed one round that way and got 24 handstand push-ups into the 2nd round. Total: 174 reps


Tried the split everything in half method. Finished 1 round and was at 18 C2B.

Handstand walks were small sets. Chest to bar fell apart after my first set of 25 reps. Otherwise things went pretty good.


Cut it all in half except for the DUs which were supposed to be my jam, except for today when my arms and shoulders were already blown. So
I only made it to 80 DUs of the first round.
– 25 box-pike push ups
– ~ 50 ft very broken handstand walks
– 25 C2B, 15 assisted with light band
– 80 ugly DUs.

TT wod: rx’d, 28 snatches Into the 135# round for a total of 128 reps

2013: 100 reps
2019: 150 reps

This was my very first Open WOD 3 months into CrossFit. I spent over 5 minutes trying and failing to get a 75# snatch.
Tonight I got them all plus the burpees that followed with 25 seconds to spare.

TT:
Snatch is still a pretty tough movement for my shoulders so stayed pretty light. Went at 65#, then 85#, then would have been 105# if I’d made it. 136 reps, 6 burpees into the 3rd round.
