in class we worked up to heavy doubles not triples
90x 2, 100 x 2, 110 x 2, 115 x2, 120 x 2, 125 x 2, 130 x 2, 135 x 2 (PB)


Shoulder is sore lifting over head

Instead did:

Squats: 20(135) 6(225) 5(275) 3(295) 3×3(305) 12(225) 21(135)

Hang Power Cleans worked on form: 4×3(177)

ROW 1000m: 3:11

Situps: 2×60 (1min rest)


Went up to 155×3, 160×2, 160×1.


Modified: GH sit-ups 15, Split Jerk DB (L) arm, and Kicking!!!
Able to do a few rounds / SJ final wt – 40#.
