Worked a lot on technique. Stayed at 65lbs for a while (10x), 75lbs(5x) and 85lbs(4x but only one actually counted b/c the rest were not proper technique.

Worked up to 155.
Then tried 165 and basically did a shoulder press.
I need to work on these at about 125 until I can actually have some coordination.

Worked up to 130, shoulders have been feeling a little stiff and sore lately. Think I could have done a bit more. Thanks Brett. Great job everyone in the 6pm class.
