WOD #2 Post Covid

50 singles/15-12-9 @ 45#

Again no lung capacity. Thought the skipping would kill me but it was actually the best part of the workout. Was totally done by the end but recovered better than yesterday. One day at a time I guess.

A. 185 plus a beauty front squat at 195
B. 14:20 at 115#

My finish time was 17.39
It was really tough for me, but I realized its because I’m finally able to do all the reps, not really scaling – really proud of my progress
The first round of 100 I did 5 singles 1double to 90sec.
Used 55#
Second and third round I just did 100 singles
