Anyway, this WOD gets my vote for the most underestimated.

400 walking lunges (knee was in the vacinity of the floor) – 17:32


The first 100 were easy…. last hundred not so much – 14:44


Workout in class tonight
100 squats, 50 situps, 100 squats, 40 situps, 100 squats, 30 situps, 100 squats, 20 situps
Almost like 400 walking lunges….

As always, my Nemesis. Completed in 18:40. Good news is I am able to walk the next day compared to past. Not sure what to expect on second day. Here’s hoping.
