93/103/113/118/123/128 Pretty happy with this, as my 1RM before was 122. For some reason this lift felt really good today. Big thanks to Michelle and everyone in the 9:30 class for all of the cheering. Great job everyone, some strong lifts today.

Worked up to 3 x 62 lbs. PB for me. I could feel I hadn’t reached max but left it at that to do TT homework.
It actually felt good today; I think that’s a first.

I can’t believe that I have never done these before. I worked my way up to 52 lbs x3. Will get more next time. Nice lifting everyone.
Sorry I didn’t do my math very well. 62 lbs.
Worked on my strength homework (well, the workout from Sunday’s class), doing OHS at 135×5. Then jumped to 165×3 for a brief attempt at today’s workout. I did power cleans at 155×5 for 3 sets as well, but my shoulder wasn’t up for the dips.
OHS @ 160×2.
