50 Double Unders
9 Burpees

NO REST, then complete As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 5 minutes of:

40 Squats
12 Handstand Push-ups

NO REST, then complete As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 5 minutes of:

30 Box Jumps – 24”/20”
15 Alternating Dumbbell Ground to Overhead – 45#/30#
