Didn’t realize I was walking so slowly to my situp station. 5% of the workout in travel time is uncalled for!

Corey…7 min 2000m row? That is some serious rowing and the fact you did sit ups after…great work…I am impressed 🙂

great work Cory. Not surprising given your size and power output. Sit ups are not so easy for a tall person though.

As rx’d 15:55 with a 7:48 row. Just can’t do situps very fast.
