Split Jerk 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3, 3
Coach’s notes: Work up to your maximum 3 repetition split jerk. Appropriate rest between sets depends on your training age and skill with the movement, but try between 2 and 5 minutes, more rest the heavier the set and the more experienced the lifter. For those who are learning the jerk, practise with a dowel and then light weight. Post loads for each set to comments.
