Happy New Year everyone –
thanks Brett and Rhiannon for taking care of us all year, and looking forward to a successful 2020 for All
did the row/wallballs for 6 rounds as well as some accessory movements for shoulder mobility.
Shoulder is doing better and better / hip is still a Work In Progress – but I am still able to move and squat and row,
so far so good
thanks to having good people around, the year has been tolerable, so thanks again to everyone.
