December 2nd, 2015 - NRomanow
Really wasn’t feeling it this morning, but pushed through.
90# (5# more than last time)
16:19 (about a minute slower than last time)
Great job 7AM! Thanks Laura.

15:47 @ 90# with one hiccup in the first round-only did 6 HPC so tacked the other 3 on at the end of the WOD.
Weight was just right, everything felt solid and was able to stick to my plan for the entire workout.
Stellar coaching Josh, thanks. And thanks for the push at the end!

16:06. Took Brett’s suggestion to use DB for HPC & PJ because of wrist issues, he said it would suck. He was right! Used 30# DB. But I could go heavier on the DL, 195#.
Good job 9 am’ers.
Thanks Josh and for the suggestion Brett!
December 2nd, 2015 - Ryan C.
16:43 @ 135#
I watched Heavy DT live at the Games this summer. Sunning myself in the stands I thought …ya …they’re pretty good. But after this morning …a lot more respect for those athletes. That was tough!! I will keep my day job…
Thanks Josh!

Ryan C, exactly what IS your day job? ?
December 2nd, 2015 - ErinG
21,15,9 reps of:
burpees, power snatch (65#) T2B: 12:00-snatch was awfully slow
short 6 minute EMOM of 1 muscle up, 14 alt pistols.
thanks for the MU tips josh.
nice work on DT 9 and 10 am’ers

15:10 @ 65
Not particularly heavy but a good weight for PJ and lowers as my elbow is bugging me right now (yes I know, it seems never ending ?), still actually pleased I was using same weight for all movements (last time it was 75 for first 2 and 42 for the PJ!), so it can only go up from here ?
Thanks Josh

21:10, 85 #. Thanks Michelle and Jay
December 2nd, 2015 - The Gregger
18:05 with a push from coach Erin. Rxd. I think my last time was 23 mins.
December 2nd, 2015 - Cody
DNF
Finished 4 rounds rxd in 23mins.
Failed my last jerk and had to rest a full min just to get the jerk.
Wanted to challenge myself and use a weight I wasn’t sure I could do.
I think I could have finished but it would have been 30+
Thanks Michelle.
Beastly effort Gregger

Started with 93# for the first two rounds. Dropped to 83# for the last three when my cleans just stopped working
December 2nd, 2015 - Aubrey
10:22 scaled to 135.
Pleased with the pace, short breaks and consistent 2 min rounds for first 3. Thanks for the coaching Michelle and Jay.
December 2nd, 2015 - Storbakken
Scaled to 185# so I could compare (and not die)
This time: 19:36
Last time: 24:05
PR by 4:29
Round times: 2:48/3:36/4:14/4:17/4:32
Big difference was cadence and not blowing up in first 2 rounds.
Thanks Michelle and Jay!

Whoops….went too light. 8:48 with 65# not sure what I was thinking. Did 5 sets of 5rep front squat as punishment, but technically I like strength work so it wasn’t legitimate punishment. Next time I go too light it calls for Airdyne sprints.
Thanks Michelle and Jason!!

Used 93# – thanks for the push Jay this was tough
Thanks Michelle and Jay!

December 3rd, 2015 - Cracker Jack

Focused on just moving with good technique – didn’t worry about time
