back squats….umm…no thanks 🙂


First time doing this WOD:
15 minutes + 6 reps, as rx’d with 65lbs. Legs were burning…
Did this ~10 minutes after a series of hang power cleans and hang squat cleans.


18min. + 13 reps
As rx’d with 45 lbs.


19 rnds + 19.90
still have to be careful I don’t collapse going down stairs


24 mins + 17


I would have loved to have done this WOD!

Alternate deadlift and bench press x 5
Deadlift 95/105/115/125/135/145/150
Bench press 45/55/65/70/75/80
Then…
Sprint 1 min
30 squats
Sprint 1 min
30 sit ups
Sprint 1 min
30 lunges

23 minutes + 23 reps….only one more!


24 + 23 reps. Less than last time, but last time I squatted to a medicine ball while this time Brett made me go a bit lower. Legs are also shot from heavy squats and cycling commute in the snow.


26 minutes with 22lbs – Shane was right, I have to walk downstairs backwards.


Sheree – good work yesterday. And regarding stairs…it will get worst before it gets better!! 😉
