First… thanks Ari for recognizing my highly intuitive colour coordinated choices between my red/white accented, mostly black attire, and the red bar, red AND black plates combined. It was a bonding moment and clearly proves that I have what it takes to make it this world. Speaking of making it…

A. 215 fail at 4 reps
B. 225 fail at 3 reps

Aches, pains and strains have moved to a new area of my back for Deadlifts. I have no idea if I needed to be moving faster or if I was over my limit for the intent in the fifth set. I’m only 10 lbs from my goal for bench. Then everything is a PR afterwards.

Switched to straps around 345 tonight. Bench felt good considering I think my last run at that was pre-Covid.

I’m dumb… last DL sets were 375/395/415 (reds are hard)


Deadlifts: 85, 135, 155, 185, 215, 245
Bench press: 65, 85, 115, 105, 105

Miscounted on my third set of bench press, 115 wups, it wiggled up slowly and ugly. 105 felt good!
