Substituted KB with Barbell swing 17.5 KG and Toes to Bar with kipping pull ups.

Easy workiout to do on the road! πŸ™‚

Running is always hard for me.

My hands and lats were pretty destroyed from the hang power clean fiasco yesterday, so I sandbagged this workout a bit… T2B were all singles.

Thought it would be a GREAT idea to do this WOD after;
*getting up at 4:30am
*spending the afternoon with Kris moving CFC floor mats to clean underneath them
*being sick for the last 2 weeks….I’m still coughing as I type this.

I’m just glad I made it through…..every bit of me wanted to quit after round 2 πŸ™‚

Nice work to everyone in the 5 and 6pm classes!!!!


33:??- everything as rx’d except for T2B – tried first two rds to get to bar which meant a lot of repeated reps due to failures, next rds were basically toes to vacation belly. I’m going to have to do something drastic like arrive early and practice these and all other hanging exercises daily- any coach reading this please force me to practice during warm ups..thanks…I’ll return the favour by finishing this type of wod during the class I’m in!
