3 rounds for reps:

1.  Box jump

2.  Sumo deadlift high pull 65 lbs

3.  Thruster 65 lbs

4.  Push press 65 lbs

5.  Clean 65 lbs 

1 minute at each exercise.  Rest 1 minute after each round.
