Toes to bar on the minute.

With the 6 a.m. gang another wonderful workout from coach D.J.
AMRAP in 8 mins
5 burpees
15 unbroken DU’s
5 squat cleans (I used 32 pounds)
10 pull ups (I used the purple band)
I did two rounds plus burpees, du’s and squat cleans
6 min rest

3 rounds in 8 min or less
200 m run
15 k2e
30 du’s
I managed 2 rounds plus 1 run
6 min rest

2 min Wallballs 8# 29
2 min box jumps 12″ 26
2 min situps – these were suppose to be GHD’s but I thought I would pass out if I did them so I did situps on the floor 35
2 min squat cleans 32# 10

I’m really proud of my laddie…now he just needs to learn how to kip!!

Lost my kip on round 12 and it wasn’t coming back! This is always a tough one.

6 rounds. Failed on 7th. Took a 60 second break and started again at 1…..made it to 4 rounds before arms screamed no. Thanks Laura. “Ladies Choice ‘Nite'” was fun.

Last two rounds were single-drop-jump to bar-single. Still could (surprisingly)get 15 done in a minute that way. Push from Michelle and the class really helped.


13+10 as rx’d. Felt like I was going to slip from the bar. Did 4 rounds of GHD Sit-ups after (15/set). Great job Jeff, way to hang on…literally. Thanks Michelle.

Hands tore in 3 places between rounds 8 &10. Was tough to hang on after that.
Figured out how to kip k2e’s and managed to kip them until round 7 and then 2-3 reps in each minute after that.


oops, meant to say “figured out how to kip toes to bar”!!


11 rounds. Not perfect Toes to Bar, by round 7 started to do knees to elbows instead.
Nice all girls class, lots of fun!

Alvaro why didn’t you hulk up and go for 10 000 lbs? I am sure you would have gotten there in another 20 minutes or so


11 rounds. My first Toes to Bar…need to figure out how to get into a proper swinging rhythm. Thanks for the tips Michelle.

Hey Hulk, I think that the real HULK would have done the 8550lbs in .3056seconds.
