Scaled to 100# and jumped to the high bar. I forgot to look at the clock but i think it was around 17:something.
Thanks Chantal for convincing me to do the high bar, took awhile but it was a good challenge.
8:16 as rx’d took Michelle’s advice and held back a bit, only did low bar. Trying to gear up for CFC 3 on Saturday. Great job everyone.

Somehow managed to get a charlie horse on my right thigh yesterday. Decided to do a recovery 5km run instead today.

If any of you aren’t signing up for CFC 3 because you think it will be too hard I encourage you to SIGN UP! The WODs are going to be a TON of fun and you definitely don’t need to be hardcore to participate.

Hit by a mac truck pretty much sums this one up! 15:35 as rx’d (used the unbelievably high bar and jumped and kipped). Thank goodness for coaches (not sure how people work out alone!) – thanks Michelle and Mark! Nice work Chad!

I am trying to use lower weights to use those energy systems that I never get to. I hate scaling but that is the only way to finish wods under 15 min.
Neil – 19:01 scaled to 125 lbs
Judy – 18:24 scaled to 65 lbs .. thanks Chelsea and Michelle for pushing me through the last burpees! After did 112 DU in 5 mins. I had hoped my strategy would be 30 secs of work followed by 30 secs of rest…but that fell apart very quickly. I was still recoverying from my burpees and my rest periods were way too long. Lots of fun though!
Judy – also used short box for PU’s.
