Push Press – 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2, 2

 

Coach’s notes:  Work up to a heavy double in the push press.  Remember you cannot dip in the hips after the initial dip, drive or it becomes a jerk.  Post load for all sets to comments.

After rep one, went to rack bar on shoulders and lost control and dropped to floor. Picked up, tried again, and was done.
