That was an evil little WOD at 6am this morning! But Good!!
Row 1 min at 70%, Row 1 min at 90% X 8
Skip 1 min at 70%, Skip at 90% (or DUs) 1 min x 8

The 70% intervals turned into “row at a speed that was more than zero but less than falling off the machine” and “walk around with rope-in-hand panting and wheezing”.

9:09. Got 22 DU in a row, personal best. Then it all fell apart after that. Strings of 5s. Worked at shortening pull on row, trying not to reach to far. Once I get used to it it will be more efficient.


A. Power clean 135×5, 145×5, 155×5, 165×5, 177×3 (PR)
B. WOD. 6:24 as rx’d. Rowed harder, tripped more, finished with same time as last time.

7:55…a personal best for me. Double unders are getting better…I’m still coughing up a lung.


5:51 as rx’d.

Learned from my previous attempt to pace the rows. Rowed the first in 1:40, and the second probably close to 1:50 both at damper 4.5. First two sets of double unders were unbroken, and the third set was broken only once.

Did WOD after as rx’d 7:45 (last time 8:03). Can improve row for sure


8:34 as rx’d. Last time was 7:21. Shouldn’t these #’s be switched around?! I guess I should not have taken it so easy on the row and pushed myself harder.

8:56 as rx’d took it easier on the row to “help” my double unders. I got 42 in a row for my first set and that was a miracle! It went quickly downhill from there. More practice is needed. Thanks for counting Anita. Colleen way to go!!! Thanks Brett!

Judy – 9:38 – rowing sucked this time but DU’s were better
Neil – 12:23 this includes several minutes of pouting time after disastrous DU start ended doing 100 singles TO row times were in the mid 1:40’s and 1:50’s
