B. Deadlift – 5, 3, 3, 2, 2, 2, reps, rest 2-3 minutes
C. Ring Dip Ladder – 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 8, 6, 4, 2
Coach’s notes: Post reps for each set and total for double unders in A. Post loads for each set in deadlift, do not work to a single. In C, all sets must be unbroken and you must come off the rings in between sets. Post time to complete C to comments.

C. 7:03. Used 1 purple band for 2-4-5-8-8 failed on 10 so added another purple band did 10, back to single failed on 8 used two bands for remaining. Those were tough

C. Felt great going up to 10 (2:20) but when I got to 8 going down my world collapsed…51 reps at 8 trying to get unbroken…ran out of time, lots of bad words(sorry about that 6:00amers) and surrendered…next time! Great work everyone and Thanks Laura for the great coaching.

No count on the double unders… towards the middle one in every 5 skips was a DU.
Worked from 90lbs to 130lbs on the deadlifts.
Ring dips were tough, started with a blue band, had to add a red band coming back down the ladder.

Practiced wod 3 of the games. 10 reps will already be a miracle. Jerks are the easy part, squats are going to be really hard at that weight.

C. Made it to round 8 unbroken, failed at 7 (rnd 10), failed at 9 (rnd 10 redo) then just worked on AMRAP for a few minutes after.

A) Didn’t count but just tried to keep going as long as possible. Most unbroken was 10. Probably did about 90 in total…ish.

C) First time I had ever done these with rings. I’ve always used a straight bar in my gym. Definitely challenging but glad to finally get the chance. Band was my friend.
A. 20/13/22/13/20/19/20. Total: 127. Most unbroken: about 18
B. 65/85/95/105/115/125/135 (keep going next time!)
C. 7:18 used blue band
