Ouch!
Did WOD and used blue band. First 2 sets were real push ups, then had to switch to knees, my arms were done after the pull-ups! I can’t remember my exact times but I think it went from 4:50 to 6min/round.It was as hard as I thought it would be!!!

did double unders instead of push ups.
WOD in class
modifications include using red resistance tubing for pullups and knees down pushups all the way through (consistency 🙂 )
My rest periods were slightly longer than 3 minutes as I was sharing the bar with Roger
