Run 400m
17 Milk Jug Raises
WOD
A. Front Squat – 4 reps @ 31X1 X 6 sets, rest 90-120s
B. Spend 10-15 minutes on front and back scales

Still suck at running!
Rode my stationary bike for 2 min per round. 5.9 miles total ride. 5# weights. Can’t remember my time. Same as Sandy. Thanks Brett. Good job 10 a.m.

Running wasn’t horrible, it’s the 17 reps (8lbs) that were tough.
Coughing up a lung…glad I shopped before this workout.
If the neighbours didn’t think I was crazy, they do now….🤪

This was my first time running in quite a while.. probably could have pushed harder, and not 100% sure of my route.. too many hills😜

My lungs are not happy with me.
Did this one with Rhi and the kids with the 1:00pm class.
First run of the year, felt OK, actually.
Foot still a little tentative for the first couple of 400s, but seem to settle in. Will have to see if I pay tomorrow.
11:54. Nice combo with the shoulder movement (i.e.upper body), which allowed me to catch my breath a bit and try to push the runs. Lateral raises just the right number, got challenging in the last 2 sets.
