Those WB and burpees were the worst. I don’t think I’ll ever do this as rx’d.
27:54 as rx’ed. As twisted as this sounds, the FF felt great today (even while I felt like puking when doing the burpees!) Thanks for the push Ali and Krista!

Filthy 25 as rx’d ( a much kinder workout) – 14:00 on the dot. K2E still the time consumer on this.grr. David thanks for the push on the burpees, that helped a lot!

I did the first 24 K2E and did about half of the remainder and the rest were attempts.
Other than that, everything else was as RX’d.
