115->205 from the floor. Last 3 sets were 205 as I was too lazy to hunt for some change plates and that felt like a good weight for today anyway.

Was at 5 rounds just before the 10 minute mark but my heart rate had other plans after that. If only I could physically run as fast as that sucker beats.
Thought it would be fun to try and keep up with Brett for the first 5-10 minutes.
