A little practice for Machine Fest
A) Split Jerks work up to a heavy triple 85/105/125/145/165 just missed the lockout on the third rep. Did an extra rep afterwards.
B) EMOM for 5 minutes 3 split jerks at 125#
C) 100 Hang Power Cleans 85# but can’t let the bar touch the ground. 5:49 not 100% that I counted correctly but I think I did.
D) GHD Sit-ups 20×4

Did DB PP to enable me to use more weight, 20lbs LH and 17.5RH broken into 5’s
