Didn’t keep track of round times, but clock said 21:15 when I finished, started at :35 and minus 8mins of rest time= 11:40 total work time as Rx’d. First time climbing a rope so was a little cautious and just hit the knot instead of the white beam at the top.
Thanks for teaching me how to climb a rope Ali, great class everyone.

Tried another couple of rounds this evening since I am a bit of a nerd 53sec but was doing a bit more of a push jerk on this one. Did one more round making sure to do a push press 56sec. Rope climbs still from sitting. Thanks Brett.

started from floor(pulled to standing) on the first four rope climbs and wasted a lot of time trying to create a good anchor for my feet. Made it to the beam on all rounds but the 4th- just a foot away- darn. Push presses and ball slams as rx’d.
Good work everybody in the 5pm class! Anita it was fun wodding with you again too- your ball slams were super fast- nice work!!

Rope climbs- first time to get up onto rope more than 1/3 of way. Made it to 2 feet from top.
