For time:

100 Unders
90 Back Extensions
80 Squats
70 Sit-ups
60 Lunges
50 Push-ups
40 Box Jumps
30 Wall Balls
20 Burpees
10 Pull-ups

Coach’s notes: CFC Benchmark WOD for the board. Use 24″ for box jumps. Guys use 20lb wallball, gals use 14lb. Post time to comments.

Did this WOD at the Y…27:22 push-ups from knees, mostly & pull-ups w/ blue band


Donald it is 100 single unders, I was a little confused as well the first time I did this one. I am surprised by that Kris, you look so happy in that picture.

20:32. I reallllllly liked this one (no sarcasm either!). 20″ Box jump, Push Ups from knees, 12 lb wallball, and blue band for Pull Ups. Great work everyone at the 9:30 class. Thanks Kris!


As rxd at the “Y” at6:00 am, with again strategic gasping=17:10 Slower than past times but still making my comeback from August debauchery 🙂

A lot harder than I expected. My legs were done after the lunges and my arms were done after the pushups…
