Well I officially popped my cherry (hands finally ripped). I didn’t know Barbara was so persistent! 42:36 total working time.

Thanks Michelle for having no mercy and pushing me to finish the pull ups even with ripped hands. “Chalk it up and get back on there” were your exact words I believe… Love it!! And thanks for staying late.


Oh yeah, pink and blue bands for pull ups and push ups on knees.

Pullups felt good, first set unbroken, sets 2-5 very broken. Pushups were a bottleneck, sets 3-5 from knees, situps anchored. Lots of reps today, glad to finish this one!

32:05 total working time – purple band pull ups and kneeling pushups so I could tear knees AND hands.

40 less squats than 3 rounds bc Michelle was heckling me and I had to quit!

I also didn’t want Cory to feel bad!


Not quite as rx’d. In rnd 3 I messed up the order. Did 0 SU/18 squats/40 SU/32 squats.

Working time = 35:28 – about 5 minutes slower than usual.

Had no vim or vigour by rnd 3. I really can’t account for the extra two minutes in rnd 4 and may have been unconscious.
Legs were in rough shape before I started so squats were at an aquacise pace. Sit ups lacked zip as well.
Tomorrow is another day.


I decided to pull the plug after round 4 with 28:53 working time. I used a blue band for pull ups, push ups from knees and anchored su’s. I felt kind of sick after round 3 but pushed through round 4.

First time meeting Barbara, can’t say I am a fan of hers.
Went to a dinner right after…very shaky, ready to puke and could hardly talk. Family looked at me like I was crazy.

WOW- ALL of the above times are fantastic! Lucky for me, as I rested my head between rounds I witnessed Chelsea do everything like a stroll in the park – you made it look easy! Nice job!

Had to cut myself off after round 4, otherwise I’d probably still be there. My only bright side out of this WOD was all the movements were Rx’d.
